Q. Why do I have pre-pay for my experience?
Pre-planning your investment allows it to be approached in measured, manageable increments and ensures all arrangements are complete at least 14 days prior to your session, as required. This creates a seamless experience—uninterrupted by logistics.
Many clients find they connect with their images more deeply than anticipated. Preparing in advance allows you to arrive unencumbered, fully present, and focused on the experience itself—free to enjoy the moment with clarity, confidence, and ease.
Our most popular choice — and the most flexible. It's a 0% interest, in-house plan that allows you to make weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments leading up to your session.
You can pre-pay your full experience or put a portion toward it — every dollar becomes credit toward your final balance.
Your plan must be completed two weeks before your session, ensuring you arrive fully paid and ready to enjoy your day.

Q. What is an In-House Pre-Session Payment Plan?
We do not offer post-session payment plans. Because of the high-touch nature of our work and the customization involved, your experience must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to your photoshoot.
If you prefer extended terms, many clients use Affirm, Klarna, or PayPal Credit to complete their investment before their session.
Pro tip: Apply early so you know your approved budget.
Q. Can I pay after my session?
Once your experience is fully paid and your order is finalized, we begin the luxury editing and design process immediately. Digital images are delivered within 5–10 business days, and custom albums or wall art arrive within 3–6 weeks depending on production timelines.
We believe in fast, efficient turnaround — without ever compromising on the high-end finish we’re known for.
Q. When do I receive my products?
Because we reserve your date exclusively for you and begin pre-production immediately, all payments are non-refundable. Most clients fall in love with more than they expect — so upgrades are always available if you desire additional images or enhancements.
Q. What if I change my mind?
Your privacy is important to us. Any images not included in your final selection are permanently deleted 30 days after your reveal.
Q. What happens to the images I don’t purchase?
We accept bank ACH, credit/debit, Affirm, Klarna, Synchrony, and PayPal Credit. (Sorry, no checks.)
